I am such a fastidious person, I have taken to wiping off my toys with a diaper wipe to avoid icky germs. I always use Purell after I help Mommy throw away my dirty diapers, too. (Editorial note from Mommy: Of course, this is the same baby who likes to drink his own bathwater!)
