Alas, today was the end of camp. Richard's first words to his Daddy were, "I want to go back again next year!"

The other night, Mommy and Henry were reading a book that mentioned immigrants. Mommy asked Henry if he knew of any immigrants. After thinking a while, he shouted, "Barack Obama!" Who knew we had a birther in the family?

Summer camp, Day 1

For the price of five weeks of his regular day camp, Richard is going to a one-week adventure camp in the mountains. On the agenda are kayaking, paddleboarding, horseback riding, mountain biking, and rock climbing.

Take a hike

We took a hike over Fourth of July weekend to Maxwell Falls. We were more adventurous than our parents! Luckily, Georgie didn't try to follow us up all of these rocks.

Downtheslide

Whenever Georgie sees a playground, he announces, "I wanna go downtheslide!" Here he is doing just that.
