The first thing George and Henry noticed when we checked into our hotel in Seoul was a duck dressed as a chicken and other animal mashups at the front desk. Now they are obsessed with the Line Friends and have dragged us to about half a dozen of their stores. The customs officials will be puzzled when the only thing we have to declare is "Sally."

Lily Lake hike
Mommy loves a good road trip and has been itching to revisit Rocky Mountain National Park, so we took off on the Fourth of July for a hike. H and R were too lazy to come, so I got to pretend to be an only child.

B-b-b-bats!
In Kindergarten enrichment, H and G learned a song about "nocturnal creatures who come out at night"--"the only mammals that can take to flight": "b-b-b-bats!"
So of course, we had to hit the road to see Carlsbad Caverns, with a sprinkling of cliff dwellings along the way. Tapir and "teenage Pop" came along for the ride.

Searching for Spring
It has been cold and rainy lately. Daddy forced us to go to a park anyway to burn off some energy. It didn't seem to work because we still had enough energy to drive Mommy crazy throughout the evening and went to bed super late. As usual.
