Family Portrait

From left to right: Daddy (the tall one) , me (the one with the big head), Henry (the yellow squarehead), and Mommy (about the same height as me, as you can see). Henry and I are dancing while our parents, too tired to move, look on.

Birthday Boy

Unfortunately, Henry was sick on his birthday so we didn't really celebrate. But Mommy still insisted on dressing him up. We're going to try the hats on him again and try to get some action shots of him taking them off!

Another sign of potential genius?

Today, when Mommy's DVR'ed show came to an end, Henry approached her and thrust the Comcast remote into her hand.

Oh, and apparently he loves to flush toilets (luckily, only at the appropriate moment). Mommy's going to try to ship Henry off to college REALLY early!

Which of these is not like the other?

Henry is starting to get good at sorting. Whenever Mommy pours out cereal for him to snack on, and a stray Fruit Puff gets mixed in, Henry immediately fishes it out and helpfully hands it to Mommy for disposal. Soon Mommy is going to set him to work picking over beans.

Well, it's true, isn't it?

Today I informed Mommy, "You know, you're really lucky to have me!" That earned me a few hugs and kisses, so I think I'll try that line again when the time is right...

The knights who say "Neh"?

Sick day, Part II

I had to stay home today, too, but I continued to enjoy playing hooky with my favorite partner in crime...

Sick day, Part I

I was feverish and fussy, so I got sent home early from school on Monday. Luckily, I still managed to have some fun!

A new look

Today I decided to exercise my artistic skills and redesign the tired old blog. I added a new profile pic and tweaked the color scheme et voila! I hope you enjoy!

A new candidate for the patent bar?

Now that Daddy has passed yet another "Big Test," it's Henry's turn to buckle down and study "The Fundamentals of Patent Prosecution."

He's got a ticket to ride....

Res ipsa loquitur?

When making clay snakes with Mommy, I wondered, "How do snakes die?"

Mommy: Well, some snakes get too old, and some get sick and die of disease.

Me: Or a package could fall on them!
