Last weekend I went to my pal Eliseo's house for a "potty party" (don't ask!). His folks wanted to surprise him by not telling him I'd be there. Hence the following conversation:


Eliseo: Why are you at my house?


Me: Because my daddy brought me!

We then spent the next 10 minutes shrieking and giggling uncontrollably.

WTF (What the fuss...)?

On my way out of the library last night, I inexplicably announced: "I smell like an old lady!"

Buddha Baby

Even though Baby Brother was disappointingly average at his 6-month well-baby visit (only 50%ile in weight and head circumference), he still looks like a plump nudist to me!

Overheard on the way home from the Korean restaurant

1) When we drove past a car dealership where the cars were crammed every which way in a tiny lot, I observed, "These cars are all parked wrong!" (oddly enough, I neglected to include a dig at Mommy's parking technique)

2) When Mommy asked me whether I liked my bulgogi, I informed her: "I didn't like the fat. I only like fat that is pinkish in color."
