Wanderlust

At the outlet mall, Henry showed no fear of strangers. In fact, when one man walked by, Henry grabbed the toggle dangling from his jacket and started following him! Mommy and Daddy thought it was almost as funny as the time I almost snatched the wig off the lady sitting in front of me on a plane...

Scare tactics

Today in the garage, I noticed the fake owl that we used to scare birds who liked to nest in our dryer duct in Charlottesville. I then had a brilliant insight as to how to deal with the ant problem in our house: "I know, let's get a fake anteater to scare away the ants!"

Henry's vocabulary

At about 15 months, here are the words Henry can say:

1) Deh!--what he says when he throws something (like the Burgerville french fry he pitched over the back seat of the car and into the trunk this evening)

2) Mama

3) Ba-baaaah!--what he says when he wants food (usually Ritz crackers)

4) Dah-jee--his word for "doggy" and other 4-legged creatures

5) Eh-oh--his latest word, a variant of "uh oh"

Weekend warriors

Last weekend, Daddy took us to see some cool airplanes and helicopters at the Oregon Air National Guard station. As you can see, it was a lot of fun!
